I live nearby, and for the past few years, that section has deteriorated very fast. I have noticed that a lot of Katrina evacuees, drug addicts, prostitutes, etc. go in and out of that place on a regular basis. The streets nearby have a high number of burglaries and thefts. Yesterday a man died at this motel, and probably a drug overdose or attributed to drug abuse. I am serious. This is a great part of Dallas, near Plano, but the past few years it has been pretty unatractive because of the seedy people moving in.

The previous reviewer wrote that this is a small family business. I wonder if they are American? We have a lot of seedy motels in the Dallas metroplex that are owned by Indian and Pakistani families. They are not selective of who they rent out to. I would bet that this is the case.

If I had the time, I would love to take pictures of the area and activity in the parking lot and adjoining businesses. more
