The hotel is clean, nice and the location is good for the downtown dallas area. The front desk was professional and took the time to help. we stayed 3 days March 29-31. The even helped correct a heat problem in the room because it was broken with the air very quickly. the wi-fi was easy to connect to.

This used to be a Wilson World Hotel when I had stayed there some years ago. The service is top notch! But the rooms needs some updating. The breakfast is good but the overall daily menu is limited.

This hotel has a great location, a great restaurant, and unlike some of the other reviewers, we experienced the most helpful staff you could ever imagine. However the hotel room itself was extremely dirty. I would never stay here again. When I spend $150/night I do not expect a dirty hotel room.
