my partner and i stayed here at the end our our road trip. picked the place due to the location as we were after nightlife on mckinney sreet and this was closer than our hotel we stayed in on the start of our vacation. staff are very nice, helpful, and check in was fast, staff informative about surrounding areas and... This is a very convenient and reasonably priced hotel to stay at in Dallas Texas. Its location is quite central to down town Dallas. The hotel shuttle bus is free and runs every half hour. Unfortunately it doesn't run to the airport and the hotel doesn't organize airport transportation either. I tried. The room itself was very comfortable and well... More

The hotel is currently under construction and although they failed to mention that when I are my reservation. I am fairly happy with the hotel. The staff is very nicw, free Wifi, free breakfast and dinner Mon - Thurs other than that there isn't a lot to offer. The hotel is in what appears to be a developing area so the... More

I travelled to Dallas for an interview and stayed in the Hyatt House. I was not impressed. The hotel is undergoing major renovations, which I was not informed of before arriving. My room was fine. It was large and had a nice kitchenette in it, but was on the older side. The morning of my interview, when I was trying... More

The staff were extremely nice and even gave us some nice tips of the surrounding area. They also did a surprise for me as I was just finishing training and got a good hookup on the price and even scored parking for cheaper.

Overall this hotel is more than adequate as long as you are not looking for a lot of extras. The room are large and include kitchens with microwaves and refrigerators. The staff was a bit unorganized but I think it had a lot to do with the major reconstruction taking place. The renderings of what the new version will look... More

Stayed one night for business trip. Concept of this hotel is residence, not hotel. I like it. Hotel itself looks old and I didn't feel I was in Hyatt. Not impressive. Close to downtown but need a car. Didn't like $12 parking. No access to this hotel without a car and if they charge additional $12, it should include to... More

We were in Dallas for a concert at the American Airlines Center and booked this hotel because it looked close to the venue from what I read on Trip advisor. We could see the venue from our hotel window, and it is only 3-4 blocks walking! The room was roomy and clean and includes a frig., stove, and dishwasher in... More

I frequently stay here on business (my company makes the reservations). The hotel was remodeled back in 2007-2008 and will apparently undergo another in the next year or so. It is convenient to many Dallas attractions but is located in the epicenter of uptown growth, so construction projects abound in the immediate area, in fact directly behind the hotel (east... More

Room was fine, stayed here with friends, slept on the sleeper sofa which was adequate. One piece of advice is to stay on an upper floor, otherwise you will hear every movement of you upstairs neighbors. Walls we're thin as well, you could hear people making all sorts of a drunken ruckus in the halls at night.
