This hotel exceeded expectations. I had a duplicate reservation, which they resolved quickly. They were very helpful as I was traveling on a cross country move. Room was spacious and spotless. I enjoyed the wxyz bar food to go, particularly the four cheese pizza. I only wish Aloft had full size luggage carts instead of airport type carts. A very... More

Ok, I have to be honest. At first I thought I was going to pan the place. My initial impression of my room when I got in: hipster decorating and furniture is not conducive to comfort. And really, that is true about the Aloft in downtown Dallas. Light switches are in odd places, and a lamp in the entry way... More

A diamond in the rough. Perfect vintage loft design with added technology. I was very comfortable, staff was extremely helpful and the common area holds a huge sitting nook, bar and pool table with many tvs for your viewing. Definitely will stay again

My room had some kind of smell which remained through out my stay. The water shower had very low water pressure. Nothing changed despite of bringing this at the front desk several times. I don't think I will stay at this hotel again

I get the vibe they're going for & whether you're a fan of the modern decor or not, it can't make up for a lack of basic travel amenities. No real dining options, no shuttle service & suites that are a complete waste of space. The sitting area in our suite consisted on a large desk & vinyl bench, not... More

We had an unexpected stay in Dallas so the company put us up at this hotel. It's your typical Aloft. Nice rooms and friendly staff. There are restaurants and bars within walking distance but you have to walk at least five minutes or so to get to the nearest one. There are a few places that deliver if you prefer... More

If you have stayed at an Aloft before you will find yourself at home. The rooms are very spacious and very well equipped for this price point. I really love their multimedia connections linked to the TV, which conveniently swivels to the couch area if you are in their larger rooms. If you have not been to an Aloft, you... More

Great staff, interesting decor, pet friendly! Would definitely recommend this awesome place. Stayed with my daughter and her dog so didn't get to use the public areas- Other guests seemed to be enjoying those areas when I walked through.

My friend and I just traveled from Northeast Arkansas and stayed at the Aloft Downtown in Dallas when we came in for a concert at Gexa Energy Pavillion. Normally a hotel like this is out of my budget, but they had a good deal on Hotels.com so we decided to stay for one night. The staff was very friendly and... More

Contemporary style, but not accurately designed. Poor welcome kit in the room, that is quiet, simple and clean. Breakfast is OK, not comfortable to have it in the hall. Concierges are young and kind. Price, probably due to the show at the convention center nearby, excessively high, absolutely not worth the service.
