When we checked in, there was a mix up. Our key opened a room that hadn't been clean. When I returned to the front desk, you'd think I was reporting a major crime. We spent the weekend here while we toured Dallas with our young children. It was a nice location, kind of far away from town, but not too far. The hotel is very nice, the room was huge with 2 queen beds and a large bathroom. We enjoyed the pool a lot. more

My wife and I travel to Dallas 5-7 times a year to get away and maybe do a little shopping and dine at a new restaurant (or an old favorite). The rate was to include a breakfast buffet in the hotel restaurant the next morning, but when we inquired about it upon check-in, we were told that he “would have to get back with us since the rate was so new, but you probably won’t be getting breakfast”.... more

Main complaints were lack of a vent in the bathroom and our room was a bit on the small side. A/C was cold enough, but left the air a bid humid. If you have a car, good restaurants are about 10 to15 minutes away. Staff was very friendly. Would stay again given the good price we received. more

We stayed at the Omni Park West in Dallas from June 19-21. We make infrequent visits to Dallas to visit my husbands family. The Omni is a really nice hotel! We had standard king room on the 9th floor. The bed was comfortable... especially after traveling 4 hours from San Antonio. The room had a 32" flat screen HD TV.... more
