Stayed here for a weekend conference at the other airport Hyatt and took the shuttle back and forth. I am glad i did. As a very frequent traveler I can say this is an excellent hotel. Very clean, well-designed, comfortable rooms, quiet (very important at an airport hotel), professional and courteous staff, good food, excellent fitness center/pool area on top... more

Had a nice two night stay here last week. Was upgraded to a conference suite which sounded really nice, but it turned out to be a Murphy Bed that wasn't that comfortable; huge room though. Breakfast was outstanding, perhaps the best hotel breakfast I've ever had. Fitness center was also absolutely tops. more

We were between flights for the night and stayed with our 14 month old at the Grand Hyatt DFW. It was so nice, new, clean, and the staff was outstanding! It was late so we ordered room service for dinner, it was so good and well prepared that we ordered again for breakfast. They brought a crib with clean linens... more

I went to Dallas for a business trip and for convenience I decided to stay at an airport hotel - which, not surprisingly, I dont associate with quality. Boy was I wrong here. The hotel is new, stylish, comfortable, just a great overall package. the rooms are modern and fresh, but not cold. I only stayed one night so I... more

The only negative is that the high speed internet is paying. By the way if you bill it through the room you pay 9.99/day if you pay it through your CC on TMobile airport it's 6.99.. saves you 3$!!! The location for a quick business meeting is ideal. DFW is probably one of the nicest airports in the US and... more

What a contrast to the very poor downtown Dallas Hyatt. This Hyatt stays very busy because of its location but still manages to keep its property fresh, clean, well-maintained, and staffed with good service. Excellent food in the restaurant, superb room service, excellent and friendly staff, great location. more

My husband and I found ourselves stranded at DFW after a delayed flight from Cancun caused us to miss our connecting flight home. We decided to stay at the Hyatt as the airline was trying to put us up in a downtown hotel 45 minutes from the airport. We were so glad we chose the Hyatt. All of the staff... more

After a delayed flight, I missed my connection in Dallas and was upset to learn I would have to wait almost 24 hours for a connection. I went to Terminal D because I remembered seeing signs for the Grand Hyatt there. It is so convenient - just a couple hundred feet outside of security. I had no problem checking in,... more

Stayed one night at the Grand Hyatt DFW as I was there on business. Overall, great experience. Hotel is quite lovely, and the staff were all quite friendly and willing to go out of their way to assist you. It's proximity to the airport was appealing. No need to rent a car, just walk on over to the hotel. Easy... more

I booked through hotwire and picked up this hotel for one night from December 31st-January 1st 2009. I arrived at Terminal B and hopped on the shuttle bus, driver dropped me right at the door for the Hyatt. This hotel is gorgeous inside and out. Upon getting upstairs I was greeted by a very friendly checkin lady. After telling her... more
