I stayed here for three days while in Dallas on business. The hotel staff is nice but they are definitely understaffed. It took us a while to get any assistance at the front desk as the lobby is always full thanks to the restaurant. There was broken glass in the elevator and the fragrance smell was so strong it made... More

The hotel staff was very accommodating and friendly. The hotel was beautiful and clean. I absolutely loved the location. My friend and I had joining rooms that was such a joy to have considering our going back and forth. I love this hotel and will most definitely be staying again. Also, the breakfast was great. It consisted of pancakes, sausage... More

Check in was easy, especially for a first stay. I noticed that the elevator floor looked like it had not been cleaned in a while...as it turned out, it was not cleaned during my 3 day stay. This feeling on "not being cleaned" transfered to my room, or at least in my mind. The linens were great and the bed... More

I stayed here for four nights and had a good stay. I arrived early and they found a room for me to check in to (Hyatt Passport members benefit). The room was clean and spacious. I did not use the pool, but it was an outdoor pool. The free breakfast was decent. There was juice, pastries, cereal, breakfast sandwiches, yogurt... More

I traveled to Dallas to get out of town for a few days, and to attend an internal networking event with my employer. The room was very clean, and I appreciate being able to sleep in with the do not disturb sign, then still have a spotless room when I came back later in the day by just mentioning it... More

This hotel wasn't great, but was up to the standard quality of what you expect from a Hyatt Place. The rooms were a bit small, but very clean. You can tell the hotel had been remodeled a couple of times throughout its life. Just be prepared for traffic and it can be a little challenging getting back onto expressways and... More

My dad and I traveled to Dallas for a nice weekend trip away from everday stress. Our troubles began when we arrived at our room only to find that the TV could only be controlled manually on the TV itself. I promptly alerted the front desk and someone came up to give us a new remote. The new remote would... More

Very friendly and helpful front desk clerks. They really add to the good image of this Hyatt Place. Hotel is in a great location for visiting attractions in both Dallas & Fort Worth. Easy access to highways. The hotel is clean, comfortable and the rooms are spacious. Outdoor heated pool which is great for March! Good breakfast buffet with a... More
