Stayed here for one night and had a wonderful experience. Staff was great, very clean and lots of history. Would highly recommend at least one night stay here. Plenty of local bars and restaurants within walking distance. Great atmosphere. More

Stayed the weekend again as I do a couple times a year for a break from life. As usual, it was an wonderful experience with near pefect execution of service and quality. Try the Margarita at the French Room bar; Perfecto! Convenient to West End and just about everywhere else in Dallas. Recommend The Adolphus to anybody, you won't be... More

I travel quite a bit for business. I have stayed in nice hotels... and some not so nice hotels. In all of my travels, I have NEVER stayed in a nicer hotel than The Adolphus Hotel in Dallas, TX. The Adolphus was one of our conference hotels. It exceeded my expectations. The rooms were spacious ... the closet alone was... More

The Adophus Hotel is a beautiful downtown hotel that I recommend to every traveller. The hotel has so much character that in the evenings I would sit in the lobby to take in its beauty. The staff were also a pleasure. Phillip, the gentleman at the entrance of the hotel, is the first person you meet to begin your fantastic... More

This was truly an experience that personified the "exceeding expectations" for a hotel stay. I stay in a variety of hotels for work and pleasure during the year and this hotel stands out in all the best ways. April checked me in, provided me with excellent information and checked me out, remembering me and always making me feel special. The... More

While attending a convention in Dallas I was lucky enough to spend four nights at the Adolphus Hotel, which is conveniently located close to Neiman-Marcus and a short walk from the Convention Center. Although an older hotel, it retains its elegance and attentive, personable staff. My room was spacious, room service was speedy, and my food was hot and delicious.... More

Over the years since 1972 I have stayed at the Adolphus a number of times. I like it very much but this time the experience was a bit different. While it was during a conference the things I will not were unusual for the property. Housekeeping was a hit an miss propositon. One day the glasses would not be clean,... More

What a lovely hotel! Our room was HUGE - so comfortable and quaint. It is within walking distance from the Dallas Convention Center. We did have to go down some stairs in the hall to get to our upper floor room, but not a problem. Would definite stay there again if we get the chance. More

Dear Guest, Thank you for the compliments. We appreciate your mentioning the stairs on some of the guestroom floors. Most do not have stairs. When the hotel was restored to its original grandeur, the stairs were kept to maintain its architectural integrity. All of us wish you happy travels in the coming year. Kindest regards, David More
