The rooms are relatively inexpensive, and they are fairly simple. The location is good, but the West End area is in rapid decline. We were bothered repeatedly by pan handlers right outside the hotel. The good: Location in the West End of Downtown Dallas (we overlooked the amazing Dallas World Aquarium, and it is within 4 blocks of many restaurants and attractions). good location BUT outdated means dirty furniture, carpets etc. If people upstairs use the bathroom you think that your bathroom is exploding.
