Pluses--not far from DFW; meeting food actually fairly good; meeting rooms at least adequate; most staff helpful and friendly; check-in fairly easy; had an end of the corrider room so was fairly quiet; Minuses, minuses, minuses. “Nice Accomodations Great Location”

This conference hotel was great and coveniently located within walking distance to area hotels. Concierge level services were great. Rooms very nicely appointed. One minor defect was the lack of a full length mirror.

“Very good hotel in great location”

You can't go wrong with this well located business hotel. Right off Belt line and the North Dallas tollway, it's near literally hundreds of restaurants and shops. The location for this hotel is centrally located to everything. Check-In - Although I am a platinum, I was not pre-registered even though I made the reservation more than 2 weeks in advance. Spent a week here for Texas School, there were over 1,000 atttendees who had to spread out over several hotels but most classes and events happened here. “Awful for the money”

I was there for a whole week, the whole time my phone did not work, the sink and bath drains were stopped up, and the AC was impossible to adjust, and the toilet paper dispenser was broken. “Beauty & The Beast”

This is one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at. The beast refers to the lobby and the ballroom area. What a magnificent ambiance. If you stay at this Intercontinental you wont be disapointed. Service and amenities are awesome.
