“Shuttle bus problems.. inattentive management.. will not stay here again.”

I booked this property for my husband's one night business trip. He needed a shuttle service from Love Field. What a mess! He called for shuttle to meet him at his afternoon flight (4pm). “Nice clean hotel with breakfast”

This is a nice hotel for a business trip. My family and I booked 5 rooms. All 5 smelled like smoke or a hospital. It stunk bad. The front desk supervisor was rude because she wouldn't take my husbands credit card with him not being present (he was parking the car). The price is crazy for what it is....thinking about switching the the Hilton down the road.
