This is the perfect hotel for business. Good food onsite available 24 hours, extensive fresh breakfast, small but functional fitness room, wireless internet, free area shuttle, really great staff, what more could you want? Oh yeah, a comfy bed, big room with work area, great bathroom with full-length mirror, big TV, etc. And the style is very elegant. I always... more

I stayed the night to be near Medical City, the night before a surgery. I have to say, this is a beautiful little hotel for the $$$. I was really excited that is was just down the street from the hospital. My husband and I got ZERO sleep. :( We were so upset, since we needed the sleep before a... more

Stayed here for three nights in room 210. The place is totally remodeled, the older traveler photos are outdated as this place has been completely updated. I am submitting new photos with this review. The suites are large with comfortable sitting area, 56" flat panel TV and modern appointments. The rooms are quiet considering how close this place is to... more

Always love a hyatt place...this one is no different. Actually booked this through Hotels.com and our reservation was not in the system when we got there. However, they took care of it at once and even gave us a discount for the trouble. The only complaint I have is that the bathrooms are VERY small. more

Great, if you don't want a quiet room and don't want breakfast with a million children. I lived just nearby for 25 years, so you better know your way around Dallas. M more

We stayed at the Hyatt Place for three nights after staying in other Hyatt Place properties in the midwest. The hotel has been recently updated, and the furniture, carpet, beds and linens are nearly new. For the money, the property is a good value, with a complimentary cold breakfast and Starbucks coffee. The staff at this property is friendly and... more

Spent two nights at the Hotel while attending the Cotton Bowl. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel to anyone visiting the Dallas area. Members of the staff were some of the nicest people I have met working in the Hotel industry. When we needed directions, they were there to help. When we needed the... more

This is a very nice hotel for business travellers. It is more a mini-suite than a full suite. There is a large, comfortable couch and ottoman with a beautiful 42 inch LCD HD TV, free internet and the usual business amenities. Rooms are very clean, well appointed and very recently remodeled. The closet is small and hard to get to,... more
