Have stayed for 5 weeks with several rooms. Rooms are always clean and have been recently remodeled. The staff has always been courteous and very helpful. The breakfast bar is stocked very well, with plenty of variety. I would like to thank the Manager Sharon Ritch and her staff for all of their help. Valerie, Micky and Felecia. We will... More

I grew up in Dalhart and when I visit, I sometimes get a Hotel Room. I have stayed mostly in the Holiday Inn next door, but thought that I would give the Days Inn a shot since they were a little bit cheaper. When we arrived the woman at the front desk was on the phone with a personal call... More

the only positive thing I can say about this hotel is that the staff were friendly. our room was nothing to write home about and was in desperate need of renovation. the trains kept us awake all night, whoever said they don't blow the whistle in the yard was dead wrong. there was very little food for breakfast in the... We arrived around 8:30 pm and the front desk was very nice. The hotel was very clean and looks updated. We had a little problem with our room but the front desk that night was apologetic and took care of the problem immediately. The clerk in the morning was very friendly as was the manager. Breakfast was great with a... More

I'm surprised by the high ratings this hotel has received. Maybe we just got a really bad room but it was it was the most expensive and worst hotel we stayed at for our entire trip. They even charged a $10 fee for our small dog. The only thing positive I can say is that it was clean. Our itinerary... More

I have stayed in several dalhart hotels, and if you want to avoid hearing the trains at 3 in the morning stay here. It is located right next to the railyard and the trains do not blow their horns in this area, stay towards the front of the hotel and you won't even hear them rolling by. Rooms are ok...when... More

This hotel is fairly new. It was clean with friendly front-desk staff. As I was traveling with two dogs, I had requested a downstairs room. It was unavailable when I arrived. The lack of an elevator was a problem with the pets. It was hard getting the luggage upstairs along with the crates, trying to manage two dogs and not... More

They had just finished painting. The rooms were nice and clean. The front desk lady was very nice and helpful. The only downfall to this hotel is that there is no elevator. Which is a pain when you are on the second floor and you have to carry up a lot of bags for you infant. More

Driving through Dalhart we stayed at the Rodeway Inn last year and swore never again, a total dump! Based on reviews, we stayed at Days Inn this trip. It is a modest, clean, recently renovated hotel with indoor corridors. They accept a dog at $10 per night. The breakfast was decent and the coffee hot and good. We will stay... More

Although they advertised accepting only pets under 15 lbs, they did not flinch with OLD lab. Very nice staff-especially Stephanie at the front desk. Although building was older, the room had been updated and was clean and quiet. Breakfast was a bit sparse but that was OK. Had previously stayed at the Rodeway Inn across the street-never again! We were... More
