PRO’S:
The rooms were spacious. The furniture is new. The motel is replacing the old appliances from the rooms. The motel staff and owners are friendly. There is wireless internet in some rooms.
CON’S:
The parking lot is small and there is a high risk of injury to car. The hotel is located directly behind a work zone… the entrance to the hotel is shared by construction vehicles. Therefore, the one-lane road is often congested, dirty, and has numerous potholes. I found several bugs in my room and one lizard. My refrigerator didn’t work and it wasn’t repaired despite my complaints. The faucet also broke during my stay. Their trashcans do not have bags and odor emanates from the can. The sheets were dirty, as well as the replacement sheets they gave me. I gave up and purchased a sleeping bag to sleep in. There is also tar on the carpet… it is dark carpet and the lighting is poor, so it is difficult to see… I ruined a pair of shoes and jeans simply by placing them on the wrong... more
