We were in College Station July 9 & 10 th for the Annual 7 on 7 football tournament. My husband booked us a room for two nights at the Plaza. THIS hotel is managed by someone that doesn't want to manage a hotel or totally doesn't care. Air conditioning in meeting rooms doesn't work, plugged toilet in public rest room never unclogged for two days. First thing was a terrible moldy, musty odor in the lobby that was throughout the hotel. Changed rooms three times, Air conditioner did not work in first, asked for first floor was told no rooms available although there were only three cars in the parking lot at 9:00 at night (my first clue!) I had no a/c, hot water, or phone even after changing rooms several times. Manager promised a reimbursement on 102.35 and have yet to get it after several phonecalls. more

Our stay was fine. My kids thought it was awesome staying on the 10th floor. The pool is so big! We had a balcony, fridge, coffeemaker, iron, and hairdryer.... the beds were clean and so was the bathroom Plenty of hot water and no drainage issues at all. Would stay again.
