First, I should say that after reading the other negative reviews, the only reason we stayed here was because it was the last place left within a 60 mile radius of A&M for parent's weekend. We checked into the hotel and went to take a shower, this was immediately stopped because there were pubic hair on the floor, tub and even on the towels!! We asked them to come clean it and they did, kind of. There were STILL pubic hairs and the cleaning lady didnt even drain the tub when she was done! There... more

When I called in, I asked for a down stairs room. Said no problem, I stated my husbands heart problem no stairs. Well we arrived and all we could get was a up stairs room. person at desk was rude. said it wasn't his problem, he didn't make the reservation. This has to be the WORST place I have ever stayed!!! The bathroom was dirty....big greasy handprints on the shower and wall. The pool was filthy. I would never stay here again!!!!!! We sprayed Lysol on everything. Gross!!! more

They charged me an additional $30 claiming that I did not check in for my stay (which I obviously did) and the VERY RUDE manager, Mr. Patel, refuses to credit back the charge and has told me that I would have to dispute with... more

My husband and I stayed at the Manor House from July 29, 2004 to Aug. 3. The hotel was asked to provide a first floor room, as my husband is handicapped. They did this, no problem. My experience with Manor house was not a good one. The first problem that we encountered was with reservations. We had made reservations 5 months in advance for five rooms downstairs, all connecting or side by side and were given confirmation numbers for the rooms. We arrived to find that our rooms were seperated, some were upstairs, and far away... more

I was not aware of the previous review until another guest had pointed it out to me. I will try to address each issue as stated. Without knowing the group that reserved these rooms I cannot explain why there may have been a problem with the reservations. However, it appears that this person believed that they had reserved adjacent rooms...
