I stayed at this hotel for one night while visiting customers at TAMU. The hotel was being painted, much to my surprise! At 6:15PM there was a fellow in a hydraulic lift spraying the entry area, and windows were masked on the first floor. I said to the front desk, "convince me I'm not making a mistake by staying here",... more

We stayed here for an overnight, and were given a newly remodeled room - may have been the first to stay in this room since the redo! New carpet, furnishings, everything looked clean and in great shape. Very convenient to A & M with easy access on and off of Texas Ave. Beds were comfy and had lots of pillow... more

Stayed here for a night last week on business. Desk clerk gave me a key card that didn't work, and when I had to come back down, with all my luggage, she just made jokes about it with the other employee, never said "sorry about that". Public areas desperately need a carpet cleaning. Rooms feel old and worn out. Bed... more

Stayed here two nights in September while I was in town recruiting. Beds were very comfortable, although the rooms and the lobby were dated. Breakfast that was included was wonderful. Decent place to stay --- did what I needed! more

We have stayed at the Hampton Inn in College Station, Texas numerous times when we attended footgames at Texas A&M. Since we really enjoy the hotel and think it is very nice, we have also stayed there several other times over the last 3 years. On our last stay, Thursday, August 21, 2008, we stayed in Room 336 on the... more

Stayed at the Hampton Inn for one night on a visit to College Station. The location is excellent with easy access to the TAMU campus, restaurants, etc. The hotel is in need of a renovation, as it seems very dark and damp, especially in the lobby. However, the beds have been updated and they are very comfortable. I enjoyed the... more

I have stayed at this hotel about six times over the past few years. It has always been clean and the staff has always been friendly and helpful. The breakfast is pretty good, although the egg dishes taste a little funky - like made from powdered eggs. The free wireless internet is a bonus. Overall, I would recommend. more

Stayed here for a recruiting trip. Clean, nice breakfast to get me off in the morning. Quiet. Like the white bedspread. Comfortable bed. Close to the campus. more

For the price, great value. Staff was extremely freindly, rooms were clean, breakfast above average including a different HOT egg type dish each morning. Rooms are a little small due to crowding in of armoire and large desk along with a lounge chair and foot stool. Would definetly stay again. more

Stayed here for two nights in mid-October while in town on business. As far as Hampton Inns go, this one is better than the average one. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful; the breakfast was the typical Hampton stuff, so no complaints if you know what to expect. The location is great, being so close to the... more
