My husband and I stayed for the weekend at the Hilton for our son's graduation from Texas A&M. The hotel was packed, there was a high school prom going on, etc. The place was really busy. Check-in was smooth and the front desk staff was so friendly and helpful. The restaurant has a great breakfast buffet, although service was a... More

This hotel is conveniently located to business, restaurants, and retail. All spaces were clean and spacious. Bathroom lighting could be improved. Breakfast options in the restaurant were limited but good.

Convenient location for my meeting at Texas A & M. Arrived Sunday afternoon, check in was effortless, good front desk staff. Room was adequate, nothing fancy, bathroom was small. Minor problem with Internet, but they came up and got me online immediately. The best part of the whole trip was speaking with some of the A & M students working... More

Hotel was very nice, clean & comfortable. I will definitely try to stay here on future visits to my son in College Station. Location is good, ample parking, clean updated lobby and rooms. Was greeted as an HH member upon check in and quickly whisked up to my room. Hotel was very quiet. Bath amenities were top notch, ample towels... More

We stayed in the College Station Hilton for a 40th Class reunion and the hotel did an excellent job of supporting the reunion and the rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable. The elevators can get a bit slow at times when there is a common rush to use but otherwise the hotel was excellent.

Gotta say that my headboard should not rattle when the neighbor's door shuts. Certainly not in a Hilton property. And doesn't every hotel on the planet have a three-ring binder with hotel services and local information?? I asked at the desk and was told that it was in the desk drawer. My desk didn't have any drawers. I asked again... More

The staff was great and worked with us regarding possible early check in. We came in town for a wedding that started at 4pm which also was Hilton's check in time. They allowed us to check in early when rooms came available and took any stress we had about getting ready or making it to the service on time. Huge... More

We recently hosted the 2015 Associated Schools of Construction conference (224 attendees) at the Hilton College Station, and every aspect of the conference was an absolute breeze. The hotel staff made sure we always had everything we needed, from conference rooms, to hotel rooms, to banquet rooms, to bar and wait staff. On the management side, Julie Freeman, Gayla Brown,... When my family and I were looking for a hotel in College Station, there were not many choices as far 3 to 4 star hotels. I decided that Hilton was a name we were familiar with and that it should suffice. For what we paid, I feel we would have been better off a a Courtyard Marriot or similar. To... More

Aside from the issue at breakfast and long wait to get our food (because we did not get the buffet but preferred to order a lighter breakfast from the menu) everything was nice. The air conditioning was very loud and did not seem to cool the room on a even basis. The only other issue might have been the knock... More

Howdy Shirleen W Thank you for the great review despite the hiccups. Parents weekend is always a busy celebration and accommodating our guests and their families requires a little patience for all. We'll work harder to find lighter breakfast options that we can get out quickly. Thanks for helping us improve! More
