Totally unprofessional experience! When we arrived, we were put in a handicap room. The phone in the sitting area was broken and was not repaired during our 3 night stay. Hotel accepts your bid, but then gives you a handicap room. They should save it for someone who needs it. This is deceiving, by not being told this was the type of room.
