TownePlace was recommended to us. We knew that it was a "long term stay" type hotel and were pleasantly surprised at the amenities. Large room, full kitchen, worktable....everything one would need to get work done and be comfortable. Self-serve breakfast available. Limited but adequate offerings. Good location. Close to A&M and many restaurants and shops. Easy Interstate access.

We had family here for a wedding in town and loved the rooms and friendly staff. The rooms are nicely furnished and great beds, and the hotel is very quiet. The down side is that the hotel is located in two separate buildings and in the rain you have to run to get to the main building for the office... More

There is no better hotel than the Towneplace Suites when you need separate rooms. The two bedroom suites on the corners have doors that close, just so much better than two doubles and not necessarily much more expensive. Hotel is clean , staff is friendly. Pets welcome. Manager was so accommodating when we needed another room for an unexpected family... More

Stayed here while kids were in a dive meet at A&M. Our room was clean and we were able to check in a little early which helped with our dive practice schedule. Not especially roomy once sofa bed was pulled out. Kids did not like sofa bed - said it was extremely uncomfortable. Kitchen with full size fridge was convenient.... More

This was an extended stay hotel. The room was more than a hotel room. It had a small kitchen - great for extended stay clients. It appeared the refrigerator was not operational. It was warmer inside than the room. The walls have been scuffed and dinged. The doors looked like they had been abused and damaged. I found a wadded... More

Clean, attractive room. Comfortable bed. Efficiency room with small sofa had granite countertops, microwave, refrigerator, and stove. Shower head with strong, full stream. I read some negative reviews regarding noise. I was on the first floor by the pool. I could hear distant plumbing noise but was unrecognizable. Otherwise quiet room. Convenient location right on the restaurant row of College... More

We stayed here over a weekend when we were in town for business. The room is small but very spacious. There is a full kitchen, with a 4 burner stove. There is granite in the bathroom and kitchen. Everything was very clean. The bed was very comfortable too. The breakfast was basic. The cons would be the noise. We were... More

We have stayed here twice now, with our dogs. We have had nothing but wonderful service, and have been treated very well both times. Even after the breakfast had closed, we were provided with the basic staples, although we were the ones who got the hours wrong. The hotel is not fancy, but it is very comfortable, and has a... This suite only hotel is close to campus and convenient to plenty of restaurants. It was in the process of being renovated so I imagine that the rooms will be a bit nicer in the near future. My only real is complaint is that we were there for the Bryan/College Station marathon weekend and we had to leave before breakfast... More

I made a reservation in advance for my wedding party. When we arrived all rooms were the incorrect type and the staff did not care. We had to squeeze a lot of people into tiny rooms. The pet deposit is way over priced and non-refundable. The breakfast leaves something to be desired also.
