We stayed at the Hyatt Place 8/22 for three nights. We are a fan of Hyatt Place Hotels anyway, but this hotel excels iin customer service. we booked through hotwire so we didn't know which hotel we would get until booking. check in was smooth,easy and quick. we were given choices for where we wanted to stay (which floor, etc). we chose the first floor. the pool and hot tub were across the hall - never crowded. temperature was perfect in both. not too much chlorine... more

Travelled there for a sports function. The team stated at Motel 8 and the Coach thought that would be a bit much to ask parents to stay there.
