Very clean and modern hotel. Nice rooms and bathrooms. Great location with many restaurants to choose from close by. Stayed for the night and found a great deal online. Would come back again when going to College Station.

I stayed here about 6 months ago and it was fine. The property is now dirty and run down. There was a used tissue on the floor behind the dresser by the bed. There was dust all over the walls. The room smelled musty and the a/c unit on the wall had cracked the drywall and was falling off. The... More

The bathroom door in our room did not shut. There were staples hanging out of the walls in our room. We went to the hot tub and immediately all had to shower. It smelled so terrible and the foam on the top was black. Our room was never cleaned even though we were gone from 9 am - 8:30 pm.... More

Relatively new Hyatt Place hotel. Very modern design, nice lobby and breakfast area. Convenient to numerous restaurants and to the main college campus. Very friendly staff, clean rooms, and well lit at night.

Nothing fancy schmancy- a little more than I needed exactly where I needed it. A cozy bed, nice staff and some walking around room in my room so I wasn't crowding myself. Internet was reliable and at a good speed... My latest pet peeve has been poorly maintained, clunky ac. Not in this place! It worked smooth and silently (well... More

All in all, very happy. I would have given this hotel a 5, but...my window was covered in a plastic film. Therefore, I could not see outside for my entire stay. When I initially saw the film, I thought the view must be bad. It was not. Yes, there was some construction going on behind the building, but hey...that can... More

Our large family group stayed at the hotel and the staff was accommodating and helpful. They found and returned my favorite pillow! Evelyn was extraordinarily nice and went out of her way to help. Would definitely stay here again.

We were looking for a place just over half way from north of Fort Worth and the west side of Houston and settled on this location so we could also check out the home of the Aggies. We knew there would be plenty of eating establishments. This hotel is located between a Red Lobster and the local Grub Burger. Always... More

I stayed in early December for three nights. This is my second time here. The hotel is popular with NCAA sports teams it seems (swimming and diving this time). The rooms (at least the ones I was assigned) are huge, no other way to describe them. They are like suites and have great amenities. Reasonably close to campus, but can... More

This hotel is centrally located, very convenient to restaurants, shops, university, etc. It is very clean and well maintained. Kacey at Front Desk was very helpful and concerned about my sick grandson. She gave us a very nice room and let us check in early. Nice breakfast area with plenty of breakfast items to choose from. Room was nice size,... More
