We stayed 2 nights at the Inn at Dos Brisas and will be back. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous and you feel you have 300 acres to yourself. The Casitas are very private and beautifully appointed. The service throughout the resort is outstanding without being overbearing or intrusive. The pool is beautiful and we had it to ourselves most of the time. Having to vacate the pool area at 5:00 was a bit of a downer but I understand why with its proximity to the dining room.
The food was excellent and the organic gardens throughout the property are fun to explore and eat directly from. It would be nice if the resort offered more of a price range of wine choices. Their house white started at $20/glass so incidentals build up fast.
The only gripe we had was the choice of activities. They were either free or $100. Free was walking or using the pool. Everything else was $100. After dropping over $3,800 for a 2 night stay, including dinner and wine, we didn't...
