Terrible place to stay! The maid steals things from the rooms. The maintenance man leaves room doors open after working on things. Complaints to management get a shrug and an I'll tell the owner. I'll never stay there again!!

bed bugs are horrible. this place is rife with them..now that the weather is changing i suspect many this winter will discover what shook me up on my last night there. they are in the walls, sockets, & thriving on every man, woman, & child that passes through.

The manager called our room-which by the way reeked of cigarettes-for me to come to the office... More

I was so appalled by this hotel, I don't think I can even go into details. I will tell you this: *I prepaid for my stay *Even though I prepaid for my room through Southwest Airlines on recommendation by AAA, and even after I called and confirmed everything twice, they still sold out of rooms *They gave me a room... Had to change my 2 week vacation at the last minute due to weather. Before leaving home, I made my 1st 2 night's reservations over the internet. Got a decent rate of $44+. The room was nice & new, micro-fridge in all rooms. When I checked in late and tired, the *x owner who evidently lives there (baby was always... More
