This is a beautiful resort with wonderful amenities. Most of the food outlets were okay, not exceptional, but the Stories restaurant was excellent. It was a nice, fine dining treat. We had a first floor room and had issues opening/closing the external door. We called maintenance but were told it was due to the rain and the wood had expanded,... More

The Hyatt Lost Pines is the perfect place to "get away from it all" yet be conveniently located near Austin and right outside of small town Bastrop. I'm a downtown girl, so I loved checking out downtown Bastrop for dinner or drinks some nights, but the bar and restaurants at the resort are great too, so you have choices. There's... More

I attended the TTIA school in June of 2015. The staff was beyond amazing, friendly and the service was outstanding. The diners were great, the rooms were clean. By far the best resort I've ever stayed at. You won't be disappointed!

If you are familiar with any high-end resort then you will be right at home here. The service is pretty top-notch, as you would expect at these prices! On a hot summer day the pool area is a wonderfully relaxing area with plenty of both sun and shade to meet your preference. The grounds are expansive and totally relaxing. While... More

I highly recommend Hyatt Lost Pines. Great place. The location is very quiet, peaceful and beautiful. Lots of activities for family. It is a bit pricey, but a great place to get away and enjoy the country.

To be fair, had the weekend getaway not started on such a very sour note, the rest of the weekend might have been more positive. We reserved a "pool access" king room for two nights as part of a multi-family weekend trip. Unfortunately, pool access seems to mean different things to different people. The room we received was on the... More

The room and property are fantastic. I was there for business but brought my family so they could enjoy it while I was in meetings. It's fantastic. From the animals to the pool - we loved it all. We had smores, watched lightning bugs and enjoyed every bit of our stay.

I was there on business and it felt like a mini vacation! It is great for family or couples. Large space with so many get-back-to nature activities,on the river in a beautiful manicured wooded area yet it was luxurious as well with every modern convenience. From spas to bike rental. you can have it all!
