We came to the area to eat dinner at Perini Ranch. We stayed in the Rose Cottage and loved. it. Nice spacious one room plus bath. Cute decor. Great home made breakfast of quiche, strawberries and banana bread. All the basics were great--clean, air conditioner worked great, plenty of towels, blankets, coffee, and TV was older model but worked fine.... More

We were enroute from Santa Fe to Houston. This was a good stopping spot and near the Perini Ranch steakhouse (which we loved). We stayed in Purple Sage, which was spacious and very nicely furnished. The breakfast was great and we really enjoyed our evening here. The hosts are on site and available if required, but otherwise it's all privacy... More

My husband and I rarely get alone time and time to decompress. We stayed a Saturday evening in the Rose Cottage - and enjoyed a peaceful evening on the patio chatting and enjoying the scenery. Inside was immaculate, comfy and just wonderful. Dinner at the steakhouse down the road was delicious as was the breakfast Connie had for us on... More

Several of my female relatives and I spent the weekend recently at Elm Creek Bed & Breakfast. We rented two of the cabins, and they were both darling. We were very comfortable in the lovely surroundings, and also enjoyed Carolyn's delicious breakfast. Carolyn is very gracious and helpful, we enjoyed meeting her very much. I would definitely stay here again... More

My daughter won a bid on a 3 night stay for the West Texas Rehab Center over 2 years ago. She gave the stay to me. I put it away and couldn't find it for 2 years. It had expired. I called the owners explaining my situation and they said sure we'll honor it. We recently stayed in The Purple... More

We stayed here for 2 weeks while working in the Abilene area. It was such a nice place to stay, great breakfast great outside area. The owners are wonderful people also!! The price was comparable to a hotel, but with much greater service and personal touches. It was a home away from home while on business. Loved it!!!

We spent the night at The Rose Cottage and were made to feel so welcome by the owners that we felt like we were staying with friends in their home. The cottage was well decorated, clean and comfortable. The area was quiet. We had our 11 year old granddaughter with us and she was treated like family as well. We... More

This was our first time in Buffalo Gap, on our way back to El Paso. We stayed in the True West, a large comfortable cabin with interesting western decor. Spacious bathroom with bathrobes, and a tub/shower. Excellent home-cooked breakfast, ( quiche and fresh fruit). We will be back.

We recently spent one night in the Purple Sage cottage at Elm Creek and were blown away by the comfort, affordability and attention to detail of a cottage in tiny Buffalo Gap. The room is very large and nicely decorated with all of the amenities one could want for a comfortable stay. It is complimented by a large bathroom with... More

We have actually stayed at Elm Creek Bed & Breakfast 3 times this year already. It is a great little get away to eat at Perini's and drive that short 5 minutes back to your own little oasis. We have stayed in their Country style cottage and the Purple Sage. Both are super cute, decorated very nicely and extremely comfortable!!... More
