This was the last available room we found for Parent's Weekend. Price was jacked up 3X regular rate. We had a bad feeling when we pulled up to check-in, but gave it a chance and looked at the room. NO WAY! The room had a damp, musty, smokey smell, made me feel ill. The carpet was dirty and stained. There... More

Stayed there this weekend 17&18 April for A&Ms Senior Ring Presentations and Parent's Weekend. The first room's Air Conditioning didn't work. Had to request another room. Then the second room couldn't get into it with the key. After getting in, the door wouldn't then open to let us out. We booked two night. Had to head back after one night... More

I had a a medical emergency with my horse & quickly got him to A&M so didn't have time to book in advance. It was a weekend in a college town so nothing available. Finally found this motel. Price outrageous, no membership discounts allowed either. PROS: had good experience w/ front desk. CONS: where do I begin..... No mattress cover... More

This place didn't look amazing from the outside, but had pretty good service and the room was decent for the price. Rooms are sized above average. A few miles from a&m but doable for the price! Manager is a nice person!

I knew check in was at 3 but I also knew we wouldn't arrive until after 5. I called and spoke with a very nice person(owner?) on the phone and I took that as a good sign. However..... I knew we were in trouble while driving through the parking lot. Looked like the back of some 3rd world diner(garbage, trash). Got... More

Don't believe the pictures. Drive through the parking lot first and you'll get the real vibe! Rooms are filthy. Drier was broken so bath towels were very damp. No hot water for shower, mattress had duct tape holding it together. Overall disgusting!

For a remodeled University dorm, it was in pretty good shape. Our only complaint was that we had no HOT water in the evenings when we wanted to take showers. We did have enough room for all 4 of us adults, and the microwave, refridgerator, and coffee maker were convenient and in a good place for us. The electrical outlets... More

We ended up going to another hotel. The first room we were assigned had hair all over the bed and pillow cases, dirty towel hanging on the back side of the bathroom door, and the tv remote didn't work. The second room almost made us throw up when we opened the door due to the smell. It smelled like 100... More

Cliff notes: I highly recommend this for those of us who are used to $50 a night hotels you will be pleasantly surprised. If your used to $80+ you probably should choose another hotel in that price range. The staff was very friendly, the room was exceptionally clean for both the age of the property and the price range, very... More
