This hotel doesn't live up to its Premier rating in some ways. The exterior and lobby are lovely, and to be fair, we didn't use the amenities or eat breakfast, which sounded very good. However, the room's temperature was difficult to adjust/maintain and the bed frame was too large so that the corners were sticking out and caused bruised shins.... More

I stayed here for a night in December 2014 for a marathon I was running. The hotel had a goody bag at check in for runners and another special breakfast bag left early at the door to the room. The hotel also had a late checkout for runners. Overall the experience was wonderful. The bed was clean and comfortable and... More

Overcharged-price gouged. Facilities take advantage of graduation at local university. Require a minimum stay if on Friday night. I believe it is a new unspoken but written policy. So glad I remade travel plans to stay on a Thursday and not a Friday (which required a two night stay). Had I paid $300 plus for accommodations of this type I... More

i would stay with this hotel chain even at different cities. Wonderful experience. Was there for work and they took care of everything! I would ask that they get a restaurant. Then the guests could have an evening meal there also!

We were a group running the BCS Marathan/half marathon that stayed at the Best Western. From check in to check out, the staff was very efficient and responsive to our needs We were welcomed with a little bag containing trail mix and Gatorade. Between 4 and 4:30 a.m. a breakfast bag with a bagel, banana, Belvita breakfast biscuits, apple juice... More

Excellent stay. Service was outstanding, the staff was excepitional. The bar is great. Appreciate the cookies/coffee when checking in and in the evening. The rooms are clean and great location. Five minutes from Texas A&M campus. Dog friendly.

The good parts: lobby was welcoming and the staff was friendly. The free domestic beer and glass of wine at happy hour are a plus. The bed was comfortable and the A/C worked well. The alarm clock was easy to use. Not so good: bath needs improvements in the shower. There was rust in the shower pan. The soap holder... More

Everything was plain out amazing. Stayed there a night for my fiancé's work seminar. The front desk was extremely helpful. The breakfast really won me over. They had a little bit of everything. I did have a small problem with house keeping coming in my room without knocking even though I had my DND on the door. But other than... More

The hotel and staff was wonderful. Jackson the bartender was very social, kind and made good cocktails. The hotel offered a military discount which I appreciate, I have been known to not stay at a hotel if they don't offer a military discount. Rooms were clean and nice, all amenities were in working condition. Best Western was close to places... More

At first I was impressed by the hotel's lobby area and I guess it is possible to have an enjoyable stay in this hotel, however, our stay was less than enjoyable. It started when we first got to our room. There was a loud whirring noise coming from the refrigerator so I unplugged it and notified the desk. Some time... More
