I called the office 4 times in the first 5 hours that I got there. 1) I called because the Internet was not working. THe manage came over and said that it was working on her laptop so therefore it must be working. It started working after that but it was extremely slow. 2) I asked for extra towels. After... more

This is the nastiest hotel I have ever stayed in. It was 1:00 am and all the other hotels were booked up. Now I know why this hotel was not. The toilet would not flush, the TV did not work, it smelled to high heaven, and the smoke alarm kept going off. I was told the manager was going to... more

I reserved a room at the Days in Inn Brownwood, Texas, for June 26, 2008, through Orbitz. When my family and I arrived, the room was so disgusting and the bathroom so nasty my wife refused to even enter the room. The room absolutey reeked and had some kind of black stuff (looked like mold) on the walls. The restroom... more

This was the nastiest place I have ever seen. My boyfriend’s mother booked through Travelocity and since it was a name brand chain we assumed it would be clean at least. We had 2 rooms, and in one the AC did not work (it was literally 100 degrees outside) and the other had a dirty toilet, food and stains all... more

We arrived at this hotel only to find our room was not ready and the room we requested was not available. We accepted an alternate room. That is when the tragedy of horrors began. Our room key would not work. We got that problem solved only to discover the air conditioning was not turned on. Since it was 103 degrees... more

I have been in worse hotels. I only stayed here because they take my lodging card this hotel is old and needs to be condemned. Their Half-ass attempt at fixing things shows. And the cleaning staff should be fired. I stayed here 2 times in a 3 week period. The first time I found a clump of hair on the... more

We stayed at this hotel because it was the only pet friendly place in the area. The hotel is FILTHY and in desperate need of renovations and repairs. The bathroom floor was covered in dirt and hair, the room smelled like mildew. There was dirt and mold on the walls, peeling paint, rust in the sink...you get the idea. Avoid... more

We stayed at the Days Inn Brownwood in August for a wedding. There were many other guests of this wedding who stayed at this hotel -approximately 15 rooms were rented in total - and based on my conversations with others, my opinions are consistent with theirs. The hotel is old, outdated and VERY dirty. It need a total renovation....inside and... more
