We passed and stopped in Brownwood TX for 1 night and stayed in this nice hotel. Room is big and clean, staff are kind and helping, and breakfast is superb. It is conveniently located with many stores and restaurants just across the street, and we walked over for dinner. Everything one needs for a one-night-stay.

The bad news first. This hotel has the SLOWEST Internet I've ever experienced. Remember dial-up? Yeah, divide that speed in half and that's about how fast it is. This was the first time to stay at this hotel. The staff was professional. Two staff members were outstanding Karrie and Chandler! Room was comfortable and clean, breakfast was fine and so was the buffet served on Tuesday night.

We had stayed at this hotel before and been really impressed with the value, quality, and expecially the staff. It is still good, but this time we were not as impressed. Nothing was wrong. Everything was fully acceptable. It was just a more nearly average than before. It is still a good place to stay.
