The main reason we decided to stay at this hotel is the indoor pool but we found out it's not even heated! The kids were so disappointed to find the water too cold to swim. We loved our stay just the pool was a disappointment since it was indoors we figured it would be great to use but found it very filthy and no water in hot tup only bugs!!! Rooms were great and staff were good.

For a hotel that says its brand new the hot tub was not working and the pool was cloudy. Worst of all they rented the pool to a birthday party of about 25 kids all afternoon on Saturday. I would have loved to go in the pool since I was staying there for 3 days and had 2 rooms! I... More

i personatly recomend comfort suites in bridgeport, tx, the front desk staff was a big help on everything and a big plus for the pool, my kids and i have a very good time playing in it water temp was great felt very good...and yes were are looking foward to come back again :)

The front desk staff was very nice and helpfull. The room was clean and quiet. The pool was heated but the spa was not working. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was warm and appeared fresh. A good choice in Bridgeport.
