No internet even though free wifi was advertised. Not even enough signal to send a text. I GOT LOCKED IN THE BATHROOM! ! The door wouldn't open from the inside. It was rather traumatic. I ended up ripping a towel bar off the wall and using it and the screws as a tool to get the hinges off so I... More

This is an old hotel and the rooms need to be remodeled. The rooms when you open them up are very musty smelling. Some of the drapes don't hang right and you can see the outside lights shining through at night. The price is fair but the management is rude and not friendly at all. We stayed there during the... Gold key inn had the most reasonable price, since the other only hotel that had vacancies was $180/night! The front desk was helpful but the room was horrible, the shower had very little water pressure. The sink leaked onto the carpet, the carpet was soaking wet under the sink! The room we were in had water damage! The bedspread had... More

This is an old hotel, in need up some upkeep, but the price is reasonable. I have stayed here twice in the last 6 weeks. The first room I stayed in was in need of repairs. The shower had a fairly large hole under the shower head, the floor had several sticky spots in the carpet. The second room was... More

Ok so it's cheap! The a/c makes the loud noise to turn on then while it's running it's really loud. Aren't you to change the mattresses every 8 yrs pretty sure they are 20 yrs old....the hair dryer doesn't work they wouldn't replace it because the maintenance guy wasn't working today...u need a flipping screw driver to remove it...so I... I have stayed there numerous times and it's the best bang for the buck. If you are looking for something fancy it's not your olace. I have got to know Mike and he has went out of his way to accommodate us. Always been clean..

on the positive side, the man at the front desk was very sweet, helpful, friendly and nice. i had told him that it was okay because it was really late and i was really tired and just wanted to lay down but he felt really bad that he did not have a non smoking room available that he found a... We stayed in this budget motel on our way to Houston as a one-night stopover. The owners were very friendly and professional and did their best in providing us a quiet room away from traffic...this is a VERY basic motel but travellers should know that based on the very low cost. The room was clean. Mattresses were somewhat flat (but... More

We stayed here for work one night and all in all it was a pleasant stay. We had to change rooms because there was no hot water but it was simply a blown breaker. The sweet lady in the office refused to make us wait for her husband to fix it (about 20 min, she said) and moved us into... More

The first clue was that the drainage pipe to the sink was just open. Anytime you used the sink water just poured out into a wet and filthy carpet. The rooms were small, poorly appointed and in serious need of basic upgrades. The towels were threadbare and literally had frayed edges and holes. The front desk clerk was very nice,... More
