Check in was a breeze. It took about 3 minutes. The lady at the desk was very nice and welcoming. I found the hotel very clean and had no negative issues. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Convenient to I-20 and on US 87, Big Spring's Holiday Inn Express surely sets the standard in that tired West Texas town.
