Reserved the Medina Suite, Bandera Suite and Hondo Suite weekend of October 12 and was OVERJOYED with the accomodations! Fully stocked kitchens, great firepit outside, very nice linens on beds, great towels! Felt like we were visiting family instead of renting from strangers. LOVED it and WILL be back!!!!

I can't imagine how reviewers are calling this place cozy. Cozy compared to the Overlook Hotel (from the Shining)? This place had a bad vibe from the minute we checked in. This is a hunting camp, not a motel. Mattress was missing the 70's and needs to go back. Extremely lumpy and uncomfortable. Blinds were warped and you could see... More

Me and 3 friends stayed one night in 2 cabins. We arrived at 9 pm, so it was a short visit. But we were happy to see how spacious the cabins were and how clean they were. 2 deer were walking around the cabins, as we unloaded the car, very cozy! And we even saw an armadillo on the sidewalk,... More

We stayed at this B&B while passing through Bandera. It is separate from the River Front Motel, but is booked through them. The lovely young lady who checked us is gave us information about the town, restaurants etc. The B&B itself was perfect. Its a historical landmark, we felt like we were staying at a friends house. Breakfast of fruit,... More

My husband and I stayed in one of the rooms at the Bandera Bunkhouse which is right next door to the Chiken Coop. This was during Bandera's Madri Gras Celebration weekend. We found it to be very clean and tidy. The room was not very spacious but was adequate for us. The bathroom was very clean also. We would stay... More

I have stayed here several times and love it. The cabins are not luxury, but they are always clean, the water is hot, and the property is well kept, and it is located right by the river. Walk two blocks are you are in historic downtown Bandera..!!! Why stay anywhere else..?

We just stayed here for the one night, but could happily have stayed longer. These cabins are nestled in a great little town, close to delicious home style comfort food, one of the funkiest bars I've ever been to and just on the edge of a truly beautiful piece of park land!

We stayed here one night and it was good for the price. It was a log cabin inside. It was the perfect location to the river park. I would be back. It was primitive but we like that in a log cabin in a country town. It wasn't bad.

Stayed on a Friday night and expected a cozy cabin. Got a small cell. Bed and a toilet, that's about it. TV was so small couldn't see it over the bed rails; would have sat in a chair but there wasn't one in the room. No rugs on bare floor. Chairs an the front porch, but one had the seat... More
