Fantastic. We had a tremendous time at Twin Elms - in fact we didn't want to leave. The RV plots are well managed and pleasant but the real attractions are the hospitality and cowboy welcome. Highly recommended.

Finding this little cowboy paradise was our lucky punch on a road trip through Texas. Upon arrival on the ranch we were overwhelmed at the front desk by the welcome of Kim and felt at home from the first moment on (you're an angel!). Kim was always there with a good advise or a helpful hand. Next we met Kathlyn... More

This was our first time in Texas and on a dude ranch. Kids 9, 8, 6, 4 all did not want to leave. Horseback riding, campfires, learned to lasso, pool, and we were only there for 1 day- wish we would have booked for another night. Made memories that the kids and our family will never forget. **New managers now,... More

Beautiful location in the heart of the Hill Country, wonderful family geat away -we stayed two nights and our sons didn't want to leave, they loved the horseback riding, the roping, the marshmallows melting in the campfire every evening, the pool, the hayride- Very dedicated team always ready to propose new activities, they satisfied all our needs, we didn't even... I'm not kidding. I like to do trail rides as often as I can, which isn't so often and I have to say that this is the best trail ride we have ever taken. The scenery was fantastic. The horses were completely docile and followed the leader. We went in the last week of March and the weather was fantastic.

Great place is twin elms guest ranch. Down home country. Horse rides good food family style. Hayrides campfire. Beautiful country. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Laid back vacation. Been in business since the 1930's. And be sure to visit Arky Blues Silver Dollar Salloon--- great history , see and chat with locals. One owner since the 1930's. You'll want to return... More

I have never been to a "dude" ranch so I did not know what to expect. We came just after several days of rain so areas were very muddy but this did not affect us much. We opted not to do horse back riding and it was a little damp for a hay ride. This facility was not a "hotel"... More

The property is very scenic and beautiful, but the accommodations are terrible. We expected a rustic environment, but what we received was a rundown facility. There were nineteen people in our group and we stayed for two nights. All nineteen were terribly disappointed with the accommodations. All of the buildings need renovations and upgrades. Porch roof on one of the... More

We are happy to hear you enjoyed your time, as well as others in your group, in the family rec room since the evening had been... More

As a participant with the national meeting of the International Mercedes Benz 190 SL Group I had the great pleasure of staying at the Twin Elms Guest Ranch in Bandera, Texas. Twin Elms is rustic and for those who appreciate history Twin Elms is a joy. When visiting the Ranch I recommend reserving rooms in the Travel Lodge as these... More

Six family members (2 kids, parents, and grandparents) spent a few nights here over spring break in mid-March. We enjoyed the horse riding and the cowboys who led the rides. We also enjoyed the food they served. The people who run this place seem very nice. We stayed in 2 adjacent bunkhouse rooms across from the campfire. The rooms were... More
