We were traveling and needed 4 rooms at 3am. I called Country Hearth and the woman who answered the was extremely pleasant. She was able to accomodate each of our room types and got us in very quickly. We had stayed here before and the service and cleanliness of the rooms were never this good. I stayed here a lot over the last several years while in the area for business purposes and have always had a good experience. Sure, in the beginning (2006) it had some rough edges but since then the owners (a very friendly husband and wife) have gone to great measures to make improvements. It was very dirty. There was mildew all over the bottom of shower curtain. Cigarette burns on the furniture. A broken grate on the heat and air unit. It was so bad I will never stay at another Best Western. more

As a rule we like to stay at Best Western whenever we can. However this was not a pleasant experience. In fact it was terrible. 1. No hot water. When my husband told the Manager he argued with him that there was hot water. We talked to the people in the rooms on either side of ours and they agreed... more
