My husband and I took our horses to Twin Valley for a few days - way too short! We stayed in the cabin for two nights and at the main lodge for one night, both Smokey Mountain beautiful. The horses were kept in a comfortable paddock and experienced meeting a sheep, a pig, a llama and a donkey. We trailered... More

Bring your boots and your smiles! Twin Valley Horse Ranch is a large, hilly, wooded property with several separate buildings and a pond. It was lots of fun just exploring the property . . . and we didn't even have time to explore the many trails there! My daughters (8 and 13) loved the ranch cats which were everywhere! We... More

My wife and I stayed in Luke's cabin and had such an awesome experience. We met the owner, Janice, when we got there Wednesday night. She was very welcoming and encouraged us to explore the many hiking trails that run through the property. The next day we did the half day horse back riding through the mountains which is an... The ranch was the perfect place to stop over on my way to Pigeon Forge and hit my "reset button". The owner is happy to share a very hands on experience with her property and animals, we had an amazing ride and I can't wait to go back this fall.

We stayed in the Pioneer room at the Ranch House. Beautiful, rustic accommodations. It was so quiet at night with views of the surrounding mountains. Janice is an excellent riding instructor whether you are a beginner or advanced in horsemanship. We really enjoyed the ride on the mountain trail. We plan on returning in the future. Great combination of Bed... More

AMAZING ranch to stay at with a breath-taking view! The owner is so warm and welcoming. She helped us with our lodging, trip recommendations, directions, and was a prime example of "Southern Hospitality" :) The rooms were clean and well kept. The ranch includes so many family/couple friendly activities. I highly recommend the horse riding! We went on a full... More

We have to agree the 3 rides Janice took us on were the best rides we have ever done. Trotting, cantering and lots of mountain climbing in the mix. She is a great teacher and very patience with young and old alike. Spent 4 nights in Luke's cabin and it was so quiet at night. No noise except dogs, horses... More

I found Twin Valley Ranch online while searching for a horseback riding weekend over Thanksgiving. The consistently positive Trip Advisor reviews convinced me to give it a try. I am SO glad I did - it was such a great experience! Janice gives all guests the opportunity to participate in the "working ranch" activities that go along with caring for... More

I stayed with two friends from high school (class of 1976) in Luke’s cabin for four nights. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Twin Valley and it was what we were looking for – a cabin outside of the town in beautiful countryside. The first morning we had arranged to have breakfast at the Lodge which was great since the... More

Thank you Janice, Julia and Nik; my family and I really enjoyed our trip and hope to return. I highly recommend this ranch for anyone who wants first hand experience with people who know the ropes. Literally, Janice tried to teach my 11 year old how to rope.
