There were no towels in the room, had to ask for them, when got them they were dirty. The toilet was cracked and leaked, sink was dirty, tissue holder in sink was broke. AC in room was broken. Bed was the most uncomfortable mattress I've ever been on. Staff was horrible. Had no clue what they were doing at check... More

The room looked clean but was infested with fleas. I woke in the middle of the night itching. I had 30 bites. They wouldn't refund my money and I had no where else to go. The desk clerk was polite about it. However when I called the manager to log my complaint. He gave no compensation or refund, was rude... More

This hotel has a mold infestation. I am highly allergic to mold and was very sick when I left there. When we asked for towels the next morning, we had to get them from other rooms. The fixtures are falling out of the ceiling and you could see the mold in the ceiling. Even the ice bucket was dirty.

The ac was turnednoff in the halls and in the room. No big deal. Trying to conserve energy. The sheets and pillows were musty like they been in the corner for a year. The ac barely works, the toilet won't flush unless you pop the top and pull the plug. It has gone down hill HARDCORE since it became the... More

Nice move describing the hotel as pet friendly. This gives and excuse to have fleas. Wife and I were traveling very late at night and had limited choices, but I should have slept in the van. Dirty, Flea infested, and grungy. Dark hallways and no lights at the rear entrance, the carpet was dirty and the room smelled of BO.... More

On the back of the Super 8, 2009 International Directory it states "FREE coffee in your room, in the lobby and even while you're on the road". Well the "FREE coffee in your room" is not a TRUE statement for Union City, Tennessee, Super 8. While the service was 'at best' minimal, the motel is adequate. The motel is rather... More

This property sets a new standard for parsimony. The owners are too cheap to buy coffeemakers for the rooms, lids for the coffeecups in the lobby, pictures for the walls or plaster for the holes in the walls where the pictures used to be. The rooms are the perfect size for Mini Me, so long as he doesn't bring Junior.... More

We have come to expect that most Super 8's are usually clean and newer hotels for a reasonable price. At this Super 8 we found that the hotel was somewhat dated with a stained tub and a stuffy smelling room that smelled like it had once been a smoking room. We had a non-smoking room. On the plus side the... More
