We stayed at this hotel for 1 night and it cost $270! We paid for location. The room was a typical $75 room. The shower did not work properly, shower curtain torn, push button shampoo and soap dispensers, and the thinnest, scratchy towels ever. Hard bed mattress too. The breakfast was ok but not great. We will drive to Pigeon... More

Best Western Inns are consistently good value for the price, but each has a unique flavor. This location is easy to find and offers the convenience of being close enough through Wear Valley to get to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, TN. On the 20 minute drive, I passed through picturesque wooded acres and verdant farm land. Close enough for a... More

This motel's location to Cades Cove is excellent and and in a much more peaceful area than the Gallinburg/Pigeon Forge area. It's very clean and they served a hot breakfast. The staff was friendly and gave us restaurant suggestions. The pool was closed for the season, but looked to have a large slide. There was a fitness room as well.... More

Day 5 of our two week trip on Harley's, and I was having issues with my bike. We rode from Maggie Valley to Gatlinburg, the closest town with a Harley dealer. Bad idea. After navigating the gauntlet of the mass of humanity in Gatlinburg, we find the Harley Dealer, and couldn't believe we had to pay to park in their... More

This is the third time this year my sister and I have stayed at the Best Western. It is well-kept with an excellent breakfast selection. The staff have always been helpful and friendly. The only problem we had with our third stay was the fact that we were on the second floor and there is no elevator. This was an... More

Hotel was very clean and some updates were noted. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast included hot items such as scrambled eggs. The hotel is also excellent location to the Cades Cove Campground in the Smokies

Very quiet location. Breakfast was very good. Close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg but much quieter. Appreciated the quiet. Also had walking trail out front of the hotel. Nice shops hear by, Be sure to check out the wood carving shops.

We stayed in Townsend our first night in the Smokey Mountains. The views of the mountains was great. Jonathon our front desk guy was very helpful with places to eat. The room was clean and a good size. The only downside is it doesn't have an elevator, so if you have heavy luggage you might want to stay on bottom... More

Stayed here two nights and it was absolutely fine: it was clean, the room was spacious, and everything looked fresh and updated. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. In fact, about 15 minutes after we checked in, our phone rang and it was the front desk just making sure everything was satisfactory once we got into our room.... More

If you do not like a hard bed, stay away. If you do, you are golden. We don't like hard beds, but still enjoyed our stay. The place is just spotlessly clean. Considering it is in a resort area, the price is reasonable. All amenities worked. Irritating soap/shampoo dispensers at sink and tub. Bring your own soap. Breakfast very good.... More
