Beautiful hotel complete with rocking chairs in front of the room entrance to enjoy the outside air. Room was very comfortable. Pool was clean and enjoyable. Complimentary breakfast was very good with lots of choices. Would definitely stay here again.

Very pretty hotel, inside and out. Great breakfast included in the price of the room, room very clean. Pool was clean and a decent size. Only drawbacks were that the mattresses were so firm that my joints (and my husband's) ached the next morning and there could have been better water flow in the shower. Not sure if the water... More

When we first got in we were not impressed. No soap in the room, large gap in the door that let in light and cigarette smoke from the outside, no elevator to the second floor. If not for the excellent service of the person at the front desk we may not have stayed there however he was so accommodating and... More

The room was decent size and clean. The breakfast was pretty good with make your own waffles and pancakes (though they lacked flavor). The pool was fun and had a water slide. There are lots of attractions in the area.

My family spent two nights here while we visited Great Smoky Mountain National Park, The staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good and our room was comfortable. We enjoyed the less crazy atmosphere at Townsend (vs. Gatlinburg).

We have stayed at this hotel before and the room and service was fine, however, a home located in close proximity to the hotel had a dog that barked all night both nights of our stay. The front desk clerk offered no help when it was reported. During our most recent stay, the dog barked the day we left, so... More

The rooms are very nice and clean. The hotel has a great breakfast (excellent pancakes), and you have a great view of the Smoky Mountains. The staff is very accomodating. And the best part is if you travel with your pet - they allow them. I highly recommend this hotel.

I can't tell you the last time I stayed at a Best Western. We were camping and storms were expected to come in, so we bailed on camping our last night and grabbed a room here. 5 of us. We got a double with a roll-a-way. I was bracing for a terrible room. It was spacious! Plenty of room for... More

If you want to stay at the Best Western I would call in advance to get a room because the rooms fill up fast, because of the Festivities for the 4th of July Holiday. It has a great walking path and close to Cades Cove enterance and also to the Townsend Heritage Center and access to the back roads Sevierville.
