We decided that we wanted to stay on the "Quiet Side of the Smokies" and tent camp near the Little River. After arriving in the area we checked out Tremont and found it virtually empty. We looked at the tent sites first and found them to be not shaded but found a wonderful little spot in the back corner near... More

We stayed in two RV sites with friends along the river. The view was gorgeous! Loved the covered picnic tables at each site. Just a few miles from Cades Cove in the Smoky Mtns. We will definitely be back.

We stayed here in our RV while traveling with friends (they have a motor home.) We stayed in very nice spots along the water with an absolutely beautiful view. I loved the covered decks that had the picnic tables that overlooked the river! We would definitely stay here again.

Don't do it. You will regret it. If you have to make the tiniest change to your plans they will not accomodate whatsoever even if they have all the ability to do so. They are also the rudest staff you will ever encounter. The only reason they are still in business is because of their location. Their prices are outrageous.

We stayed one week in a premeir cabin. We found the staff courteous but not overly friendly. The grounds are kept very clean as was the cabin. But, we had a six person cabin @ $115 a day, which is high, but had to pay extra for every guest over 2 people. You have to pay extra for a second car.... More

Having tent camped here in the late 90's I'm so extremely upset to hear how this place as gone downhill. Back then we came every year and it was so wonderful we moved to TN! We haven't been back, but I would have recommeNed this to anyone. It was clean..the staff was wonderful and we enjoyed the family atmosphere..no loud... More

We booked an RV site for mid September and put down a $75 deposit. At the end of July, we were told that our 20 year old son's cancer had returned and would have to start a 9 week course of chemo. On 8/1, we notified Tremont that we would have to cancel our reservation and explained what had happened.... More

We have been camping here every other year for 8 years. The camp sites are very nice, some better than others (on the river). But you can make reservations ahead for a great site. The price is a little high, but we tried other campgrounds here and will not go back. It is very clean and had no issues with... More

Beautiful place. Lots of trees. Very clean facilities, grounds are well groomed. Our site was plenty big for our family. We came in our 29' travel trailer with a slide out. I can see some sites as being very close, so it depends on how lucky you are to get a spacious site. We camped on site 41-A. This site... More

We stayed friday and saturday night, we didn't have a bad experiences with the staff, but my other family members did. There was four campers in our family and they said we would be together on the river but we ended up being four sites up from the rest of the family. The women in the office was really rude... More
