50 acres to explore with hiking trails, wildlife, fishing pond with small boats, exceptional mountain views, party barn to rent for parties, weddings, reunions or receptions, lots of parking, privacy, romantic guest suites at the Manor House for two to six, plus the Hay Loft Sky Cabin for families up to 12. Horse facilities.
Our private horseback ride with Nicole was the highlight of our trip to the Smoky Mountains! I rode a rescue horse that was so well behaved and it was apparent all the horses received so much love. My wife is new to riding and through Nicole's instruction, she was even trotting by the end of the ride. As an experienced rider, it was also an unreal memory with the breathtaking scenery and riding through a pond. The views along the ride we absolutely stunning. I just returned from a 7 month military deployment so my wife and I were looking for a special date to celebrate being home and this was the perfect spot. Highly recommend!

We were delighted with our stay at Country Manor Acres. The location is secluded and peaceful, with plenty of area to walk. We stayed in the upper level of the main inn, and the rooms had a cabin feel but were spacious, spotless, comfortable, interesting, and well-equipped. Several excellent restaurants are only a few miles away. It is hard to imagine a better place to stay while visiting the area.

We just returned from a trip to the quiet side of the Smokies in Townsend. We booked horseback riding with Nicole and Jeff at their farm nearby. They were fantastic hosts to us. They have beautiful horses that are really fun to ride. These are horses that you can really ride and if you want-gallop through the pastures. If you prefer a more leisurely stroll then that is accommodated as well. We felt like we were visiting a friend’s farm in contrast to the all too common tourist rides nose to tail with no freedom to venture on your own a little bit. I highly recommend a visit to their beautiful farm. They also have cabins and rooms as well as a great wedding venue.

There are only 3 units here, therefore not a lot of action or activity. It is a nice and quiet place. We stayed in the "Morning View" unit which has a small balcony that looks over the country side and toward the Smokey Mountains. Two of the units or 1 bedroom and the other has a second bedroom available if desired. The owner lives on site. They have a 50 acre spread and have horses on site and they are available for riding if desired. It is within about 5 miles of an entrance to the Smokey Mountain National Park, but is located in a low key town of Townsend, TN which is nothing like Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge.

My wife and I liked it so well we stayed an extra night. A++++ accomodations and very quiet. Jeff was very attentive to all of our needs and the property is beautiful. Close to Cades Cove Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge yet far enough away to be away from the hustle and Bustle of the city. I highly recommend any of the accomodations offered, you wont be disappointed.

Very convenient to all the local tourist attractions. Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Cade’s Cove, the Smokey Mountain National Park and foothill scenic drives as well as the AMAZING Tuckaleechee Caverns just two miles past the Inn. This is a 55 acre ranch tucked away in a beautiful setting with million dollar views!!!! Easily Five Star!

We are here for a wedding and staying in the main house on the hill. Our room has a hot tub and LARGE private veranda that overlooks the foothills of the Smoky Mountains. Full kitchen and large bathroom. Everything is very clean.

April and Jeff Jopling were the ultimate hosts. This "bed and breakfast without the breakfast" was so awesome. April's home was beautiful with 3 suites upstairs, and one downstairs. We stayed in the Morning View Suite and it was lovely. We had our own key to both our room and the home so we could come and go without bothering others.

My husband and I stayed in the Octagon Suite. Absolutely beautiful suite! Large bathroom, living area, kitchen, very comfortable bed, hot tub and the views from the deck were incredible. Owners are friendly and very attentive to your needs. If you need something, just ask and you shall receive. I loved walking the large grounds and feeding the horses carrots in the evenings. It is beautiful and peaceful. Location is great. Very close to the Smoky Mountains and Cades Cove. Will be staying here again!

Another great stay at this location. If you are looking for a serene stay for the family this is it. Great 3 bedroom cabin with more beds in livingroom. Small pond on site to catch bass and bluegills. No license needed as it is on private property. Plenty of area for children and adults to play. Fire ring and firewood included. River is near by to swim and tube in. Close to Cades Cove. Short trip to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg for shopping. We will stay there again next trip to Tennessee.
