Even though we weren't expecting a huge full size cabin. It was a camping cabin, a place to spend the night. We were told there was a loft to sleep in or on a futon couch so we took our air mattress and sleeping bags. The loft was a tiny area above the kitchen ceiling, might work for someone 3' tall... My wife, myself, and a few members of our family rented two side by side spots on the river this past weekend. The staff at the front desk were extremely courteous. The sites were clean and well maintained. they are a little narrow, but not too much so. Our site was fairly level, but the other spot required several boards... More

As a family we have been camping at Lazy Daze at least twice a month, River Sites and Regular (Yes, even in winter months) for about a year now. We have had family that are not the "camping type" that have rented the cabins on site. I would highly recommend this campground to all. Family oriented, pet friendly and the... More

While this wasn't the worst place in the world, it certainly wasn't the best either. The water front sites were so close, you felt like you were camping with your neighbors. The fire ring was extremely close to the other camper. ( of course, so was everything else), and for $50 a night (you had to pay "extra" for having... More

Charged us 25 extra dollars because there were four of us, sites so small there is no place to park, our campfire spot was two ft from someone else's camper. Too expensive for the hassle! Not friendly, rude actually! Would not recommend this!

I had a reservation at another campground that I didn't not take when I was it. So we had to look for another place as we had driving 2 hours and needed a place. I walked in and the woman that waited on me was very nice. She told me which sites they had open for the four days we... More

We've been camping at Lazy Daze for over 30 years and won't camp any where else! The staff are friendly and always give a smile and the access to the river is definitely a plus. We also like having quick access to the burger shack that is adjacent to the property. We won't stay anywhere else! We book our spots... More

The kids love the arcade. The pool was clean, the new owners are really trying to do a better job . The grounds need to be cleaned up and do some landscaping. The place could really use a rake and leaf blower. The banks down to the river should be cleaned up and add river rock steps and cleaned up.... More

We camped here Labor Day weekend and the campground was full, we had no problems. The owners were very accommodating when a spot opened up and we had some friends wanting to camp for a night. The rivet frontage is one of the best in Townsend. We will be back!
