The hotel could use some updates with major carpet stains in first floor halls. The room appeared cleaner though. The room itself was comfortable with some signs of wear. Continental breakfast is nothing special. Staff not overly attentive, often spending time at teh business center themselves. The indoor pool was clean and towels readily available. During our stay internet service... more

We booked our soccer team for a tournament in Smyrna for the weekend. The hotel was nice and clean and the service was outstanding. Our team enjoyed the indoor pool as well as the breakfast. The hotel is located between a Ruby Tuesday and a Cracker Barrel so you could walk to dinner if you prefer. There is also a... more

I stayed for business two nights. Good Facility, Good Location, Bad Hotel. The staff does a very poor job. My room upon entry had limited linens. No shampoos or other stuff, just a bar of soap. This trend of limited daily customer service was repeated throughout the stay. The breakfast was not only poor as far as choices, but they... more

Award winning my butt, The wireless signal was weak, I picked up a better signal from the hotel next door, no paper in the morning, keys don't work most of the time, room was cleaned only twice in six days, I had to get clean towels from the front desk. My check out was the most grueling experience I've ever... more

We really like this hotel. I am a member of choice priveleges so they upgraded us to a suite at no charge. I've stayed at many Sleep Inns but have never stayed in a suite, only because I never asked for one. Now I know that if one is available, they will upgrade you if you are a member. Anyway... more

Our room was not ready when we arrived 2 hours after the check in time. The front desk staff was nice, but she did everything, washed the windows on the front doors, took care of the breakfast, etc. The breakfast was very limited. They ran out of waffles at breakfast one morning at 7 am and the hotel was not... more

We were stuck in Smyrna after a very long day due to bad weather and were referred to the Sleep Inn. We were exhausted and just wanted a shower, dinner, and some sleep before back to the airport in the early morning. We got dropped at the hotel with pick up arranged for next morning, so we were not mobile.... more

I am extremely sorry this happened to you while staying at our hotel. I am glad that we were able to meet your expectations in every other way. This seems to have been an isolated incident concerning your linens. Since your stay the hotel has gone through many changes including front desk staff, housekeeping and the management. I hope that...
