My family of 8 rented the 4 bedroom cabin. It was awful. The whole place was filthy dirty and full of bugs. The beds were terrible. Two of us slept on the couch and loveseat, which were decent and the only 2 items in the place that didn't seem 60 years old. One reviewer said this place was a step... More

we rented the 'redbud' cabin - which they charged extra for because it has a 'hot tub'. The hot tub was ancient, was less than 1/2 full and water was cold. I went to the office to complain and the 'manager' said "well, it don't get much more than tepid warm anyways..." This man was much more suited for mowing... More

The hotel has seen better days. It was a step up from camping and wifi service was poor. The setting was lovely and the lake and pool were wonderful. The sheets were not fitted, so you can imagine the mess that became by morning. Everything appeared to be clean, but because of the age of the building, it may not... More

We stayed in cabin Ash. When we walked in the door my jaw hit the floor this was the dirtiest cabin ive even been in. When you pay $160 a night for something you expect clean. Not so dusty you get a sinus infection. Snake skin in the potted plant by the back door. Grill so broke down we could... More

This place has seriously seen better days. But more importantly, it's fairly filthy. We drove to Walmart to buy sheets and towels and flip flops for the shower. I have never been so happy to check out of a hotel in my life. I made the mistake of opening some drawers in the kitchen and I'm still fighting a gag... More

We have stayed at Lakeside for 10+years. Our most recent trip, last week, makes me not want to return. We rented one of the fisherman cabins Laurel (we had our dog), or we would have stayed in the hotel. Upon arrival they informed me that they had moved us, we were supposed to be in Ash, no reason given, but... More

We went for a family gathering. It was very peaceful. Great accommodations. Stayed in the presidential, very nice. I got to see lightning bugs for the first time since I was a young girl in murdreesboro and show them to my kids.

We held our corporate retreat there in early October and it was magnificent. Retreat planning was easy. Bob and his team were a joy to work with. Rooms were clean and spacious. Conference center was perfect for 30+ folks. The classroom and the outdoor pavilion were great for breakout sessions. Several of our participants mentioned going back with their families.... More

We have been coming to Center Hill Lake for many years & never knew about this place. We were pleasantly surprised. Very quite. Many rooms to choose from whether at the Lodge, a cabin or newer suites. Boat dock accommodations right on the property. Great service, clean rooms & clean linens.
