Pulled in late at night after a long 12 hour drive. Front desk person was helpful, and, the room was clean, but nothing special. Had to laugh the next day though because we didn't even realize there was a balcony on the back side until we heard geese. My only complaint was that it was a tad noise when people... More

Arrived late in Sevierville, Tn. , and my mom had stayed here a few years back. So we pulled in and were very tired and just ask for a room. BIG mistake!! Being tired we just took our luggage and when in, well the sheets on my bed were not changed from the last person( hairs on sheets ) so... More

Over the Christmas holiday we went to visit family in Sevierville. This hotel was located near their house and was right off Dolly Parton Parkway. The front desk attendant was friendly and efficient. The elevator worked fine. Our room was located on the second floor. It was very clean and had a balcony that overlooked the river. The room has... More

Well, to start off, the room was clean. Just one of those typical rooms. No microwave, had a mini fridge. After 10, the town goes dead so you can get some sleep. Accidentally overslept, here is the kicker, they had a woman housekeeper come to our room to make sure we were leaving. Calling us every 2 minutes telling us... More

See attached pictures of room 406. Jacuzzi had black specks and hairballs when arrived, went to front desk and told that only one person was working and could not do anything about it. Told me to clean it myself. Said it was the only room. He recorded the complaint that HE cleaned the jacuzzi-not true cause he handed me the... More

I have stayed here a number of times over the years, I always get the same room because I like it and the size is just right for me. The room is always clean and odor free. The owner and the people that work there are very friendly and helpful. i don't think you can miss. Oh before I forget,... More

I have traveled to Sevierville Tn. every year since 1992. I have always stayed at privately owned motels instead of the big corporate ones. Over the years the small operators have disappeared and the only ones left are the Corporate ones. Of the few locally owned ones left is the Landmark Inn. For the last five years we have stayed... We stayed in a king room with a jacuzzi. The room was clean and tidy. The service was above average. It was only four miles from Pigeon Forge and ten miles from Gatlinburg. It was within walking distance of several fast food restaurants. There was a Shoney's adjacent to the hotel.
