I chose Quail as a surprise for my wife...not the first B and B we have stayed in. She couldn't have enjoyed it anymore...great view from the room...breakfast is a treat...the dessert waiting for you when you return at night is always good. George and Anita will make you feel like one of the family! more

The Quail Ridge Inn is a fantastic B&B in the smoky mountains. It's a log cabin style place, and has beautiful, clean, well furnished bedrooms, a nice roomy family room and TV room/loft that you can relax in as well.
