Positives: Loved the view...wished it was more secluded. My husband and I stayed at the Preserve for our honeymoon. We wanted a "place of our own" as secluded as possible. The cabins and the breathtaking view do not dissapoint. We loved them. They were nicer in person than in the picture. The surrounding attractions were a major bonus. We had... More

We chose this location for our honeymoon and the cabin and view were absolutely awesome. Nothing short of amazing. Nothing really bad about the entire place except that it is a little on the pricey side and takes so long to get to the retreat from town.

These employees in general were so incredibly rude! We will never stay there again. We went to a wedding at The Chapel at the Preserve for a family member. The wedding coordinator was a wolverine, the minister was abrupt and hurried- the whole ceremony and place was miserable.

Cabin was wonderful. The cabin we stayed was wonderful (2854). It was facing the mountains and the views were good. If you take cabins up on that road (cabins before 2850) , you may not get the views. But more than the view, the cabin is good. Nothing cheep and all in very good shape. Driving direction: Keep going in... More

I would like to start by saying that I did not experience any of the negative things that any of the previous reviewers experienced with The Preserve. First, the drive to and from Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg was not a very long drive especially when you live away from the city as my family and I do. It was a... More

Our family (Mom, Dad, son age 14 and daughter age 11) stayed at The Preserve from June 8 to June 12 and had a great time. I was concerned when we arrived based on previous reviews that we would not be welll received and we couldn't have been more welcomed. Miss Betty at the front desk is a sweetheart and... More

On April 5, 2008, my wife an I were married at the Preserve Resort's wedding chapel. It was a beautiful wedding and it met all our needs. We had a small wedding party of 27 people and the church was plenty big for our event. I would recommend this to anyone wanting a mountain wedding. As for our stay, it... More
