We have stayed in this resort numerous times and have always enjoyed it. I personally like being in the cabin neighborhoods vs being out all by ourselves. The cabins are situated to make sure you have privacy. We stayed in mountain splendor at the very top of the resort and the views are amazing. This is not the most private... More

The views in this resort are awesome. We love to find a cabin here so we can sit and enjoy the mountain air. In February we stay here because they take care of the roads. After Valentine's there was ice and snow and there was a plow with salt coming by every hour. the resort is maintained well. Would love... More

After several years of staying at another cabin resort in Pigeon Forge, this was our first stay at Starr Crest. We spent a week at "Woodland Hideaway" and were not disappointed. The cabin was immaculately clean and everything was in working order. The mountain view was incredible. Liked it so much we're going back again in a couple of weeks.... More

We rented Especially for you over MLK weekend 2015. My wife and I have always taken advantage of the extended weekend with no kids to relax in the Mountains. Outrageous cabins has purchased several cabins in Starrcrest and it's really a shame. If you rent in Starrcrest, rent from another company. I know they are the cheapest, but you get... More

We love staying at Starr Crest because in the winter we do not have to worry about getting stranded like we did a few years ago. They maintiain their roads when it snows. The roads are steep but if you have FWD like we did it was not problem. There was a little slding but just take your time. The... More

This cabin was rented through Dollywood Cabin Vacations. What a HUGE disappointment. First and foremost, it was dirty and run down. Everywhere you looked, things were in need of repair, cleaning, or refurbishing. For example - slot machine game, broken. Basketball game - broken. Cappuccino machine - broken. Dining room chairs - broken legs. Large screen TV - Broken. One... More

We just returned from a 5 night stay at the "Touch Of Class" Cabin rented through "Outrageous Cabins". It was a 2 Bed (one in a loft) 2 Bath unit. The cabin was in good shape - not great shape - but good shape. Its starting to show its age a bit but nothing too bad especially considering its a... More

We started off with a not very good welcome. The staff wasn't very friendly at check-in. The cabin was nice, but could have been cleaner. The cabin was in a group of cabins, not by itself like pictures show. Still undecided if we will stay here again.

We have always stayed with outrageous cabins but we will never be back. We checked in and we find out our tub upstairs is unusable. For a week the four of us had to share a tiny bathroom. We found full nice traps and bugs in the drawer. There was no internet. The hot tub outside kept breaking down we... More

We almost had my 80 year old grandmother fall down the steps because the hand rail was rotten. Cig butts and cans under steps. We were locked out due to being robbed before we got there. The picture of the view was from 100 years ago because now it is nothing but trees. I was told it was ok for... More
