We were lucky enough to stay at The Braeside Inn for New Years, welcoming the year 2012 scottish style. From the moment we arrived the hospitality was impeccable. The rooms and views were beautiful and spotless and the food was delicious. Tom and Wendy were wonderful hosts and extended the warmest welcome. I can't wait to visit again. More

My wife and I stayed here October 2011. We prefer to stay in B&B when on vacation. This place is right up there with the best of them. Cleanliness, service, food, hospitality, comfort and views were all first class. We would, most definitely stay here again. More

Braeside Inn is the perfect blend of beautiful, impeccable accommodations, outstanding views, delicious breakfasts, and gracious hosts, Tom and Wendy. From the moment that we arrived we felt welcome and pampered with careful attention to every detail that made our stay memorable. Braeside Inn is that peaceful retreat at the end of an amazing day of exploring Tennessee and the... More

I loved my time at this B&B. Braeside is a beautifully kept home and grounds, but the best part of a stay are the lovely innkeepers Tom & Wendy. They are genuinely friendly, attentive, and make you feel like part of their extended family. The breakfasts were top-notch, and absolutely delicious! The panoramic view of the Smoky Mountains, and the... More

My wife and I returned to the Braeside Inn which is where we spent our honeymoon one year ago. As before, Tom & Wendy were wonderful hosts. They made our stay as pleasant as possible. The room (Mackintosh) and the Inn are first rate, and the breakfast was delicious. Return trips are definitely in our plans! More

My husband and I recently returned to Braeside and had a wonderful, relaxing time. We were honestly a little worried that our second visit there could not possibly compare to the perfect time we had before, but every detail was consistently fantastic. Wendy and Tom are the best hosts, and they have created such a peaceful spot to get away... More

My husband and I spent two nights at the Braeside Inn and could not be more pleased. In my opinion, this is the perfect place to stay if you are looking for a different experience than staying at a motel. The house and location are beautiful. Tom and Wendy are very nice and extremely helpful with suggestions and directions about... More

We visited Braeside Inn for our 40th anniversary and it was wonderful -- accommodations, food, view, and company. It was our third time to come here and I am sure we will do it again. More

Just a sweet little inn with a great view. Very quiet, very clean, very comfortable. Tom and Wendy are lovely people and we enjoyed visiting with them but also enjoyed our evening with the whole inn to ourselves! (Love Wendy's adorable accent. And her cooking, of course.) We really enjoyed our stay, and would recommend Braeside to any couple. More

This is the perfect place for those visiting the Smoky Mts. National Park area who want to escape the hubbub of Gatlinburg. Tom and Wendy are gracious, helpful hosts, and the breakfasts and homemade cookies were delicious. The Scottish decor is tasteful and comfortable, something we appreciated, as we find the decor of too many B&Bs to be overly fussy... More
