This property is outstanding! We had such a great time. It is real log which was quite nice and the location was just perfect. The interior was lovely and everything was up to date. Very convenient. We will definitely be visiting again. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Hidden Mountain Resort-East is our all time favorite place to stay in the Smokies! We have stayed here multiple times in our many vacations here and the cabins never disappoint. We rent different size cabins depending on how many are with us from 1 bedroom for my husband and I to 5 bedrooms for our family. We just stayed a... More

We booked this hotel during our stay in Pigeon Forge to go to Dollywood after reading the reviews for the Wyndham Resort (no thank you, Time Share Hawkers!). What a gift! Whereas Pigeon Forge is the height of tacky tourism (and GREAT people watching), the Hidden Mountain Resort couldn't have been more peaceful and serene. We really felt like we... More

What a beautiful cabin, and we didn't have to worry about the crazy mountain roads! The updated interior was very appreciated. We liked how the area seemed rural but had the pool and community area. And what views! I will stay here every time we visit.

First of all cabin very hard to find. Directions not good. Could not locate sign. Very deceiving four bedrooms. Two baths. Old, stinks, outdated, needs update. Cobwebs, dirty, TVs ancient, carpets dirty, stairs inside and out dangerous. Showers not good. Way too expensive not worth 50.00 per night. Hidden Valley did not care. Not our first time to rent from... More

My husband and I stayed at The Strawberry House in June 21014. The cottage was very clean and had a really good view of the distant mountains and of the Hot Air Balloon ride and The Wheel at The Island. We enjoyed the Dollywood fireworks every night from out balcony. This is a cottage style home and is in a... More

Recently stayed in one of your cabins for a family reunion. Facilities were beautiful, but not clean. This cabin, and those nearby, was full of dust collectors and they were doing just that! A shelf above eye level had many items that looked as if they had not been dusted for years. Shelf was full of dead insects and spider... More

I am so sorry to hear that you had cleaning issues during your recent visit. I have let our housekeeping manager know your feedback. Our cabins are all equipped with smoke alarms. If there were any in drawers those may have been the owner's spares. We do check the smoke alarms on a regular and make sure that they have... More

Great stay! This was 3rd stay at Hidden Mountain. We rented The Gift. It has 2 living rooms with 2 king beds and the loft has 2 full beds. The best part was the Atari arcade with appox 15 games!! Ping pong net needs addressed and probably replaced. This location is convenient and private. You are minutes away from The... More

We stopped for a 2 day stay on our way to Myrtle Beach. This was our first time in the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area. The Hidden Mountain Resorts staff were easy to work with and very helpful. We had a blast! The cabin was absolutely beautiful and spotlessly clean. When we come back, we will definitely be renting from them again.... More

We enjoyed our stay at Hidden Mountain. It was close enough to access the main attractions in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg but also off the road to feel a little secluded from the busy streets. We had a water leak in the cabin 4083 but maintenance came and resolved the problem. Our pool was heated and nice to have close... More
