Nice, clean, a little more than I like to spend on a room but considering it was a condo work full kitchen, jacuzzi tub, fireplace, etc. The kids enjoyed every minute and slept so good at night after playing so hard during the day. The only thing that kept me from adding that last star wad because there was only... More

The suites were nothing specatular. I was very disappointed to learn that my suite did not have a balcony which was a main reason I chose this hotel. I was told that I would have to upgrade to a more expensive room and then that there would be no upgrades available during my 7 day stay. The 1st day we... More

Staff was very friendly and easy to work with. Pam was super easy to work with and helped us with all our needs. Great place for a group of friends, and an awesome place for families. We hope to return and bring our children. The pool and water log are sure to keep them busy for hours!

Initial thoughts when we pulled up to the hotel were positive, as the water park looked amazing for the kids, which it was, but quickly upon entering the hotel we realized the hotel was slightly worse then a Motel 8. The bathrooms are dated, and belong in a picture highlighting the peak of the 1960's, and the rooms appear they... More

For those traveling to the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge/Sevierville area to a vacation and looking to conserve money this is the place to stay. We stayed 5 nights and loved it. Yeah, it was a little more expensive than other hotels in the area, but when you factor in that it had its own water park (not just an undersized pool but... More

This is our "go to" resort when visiting the Smokies. We have stayed several times and have always found it clean & comfortable. On this visit, we discovered a "best kept secret"--that the resort is on a street that connects the back way to Dollywood! We avoided all the busy traffic through Pigeon Forge on a Saturday morning & were... More

We couldn't check in till 6:30 . We were told at 2:00 that we would be in our room by 4:00. Not being picky but they told probably 50 more families the same thing. We were told that it would take 10 days to get our money back. When we got to the room after a broken elevator. The a/c... More

We spent the weekend here during our visit to Pigeon Forge with our son, daughter-in-law and grandson. Our plans were to visit Dollywood Theme Park but not splash country due to limited time. By having an indoor/outdoor waterpark for the big kids as well as our 2 year old grandson, we had the best of both worlds. Our room was... More

We are so pleased that we met your expectations by providing you with wonderful lasting memories. A vacation should be a time when one can reflect back later on the great time that they had. We want children to be able to have fun enjoying the water features such as the log roll, and spouts as well as the pirate... More

We were pleasantly surprised that the resort looks exactly as their brochures. We must have been in a remodeled area because we had NO complaints about our two bedroom condo/suite (unlike some of the negative reviews). The rooms were spacious and the beds were VERY comfortable. The kitchen was fully functional with dishes and utensils. Loved the washer and dryer.... More
