We are frequent visitors to this area and love staying here. Rooms are always clean and staff is very friendly. My family of 2 boys (8 & 3) love the pools and my husband and I love the pool attendants that make all the wild children calm down and if they don't they are asked to leave. We stayed on.... More

We have stayed at this resort several times and have had issues each time. We kept thinking it wouldnt happen next time! No it happened everytime! Here is a list of things that have happened over our stays! No heat in our room in the winter, (had to move) missing TV remotes and or batteries missing as well as battery... More

This place is neat, indoor and outdoor pools, slides for the kiddies. The outdoor pool was insanely cold for July. The indoor hottub stunk. The pools were clean and well maintained. Room was average, with 3 beds and a sleeper sofa. The free wifi was awful. You had to sit by the window to get any kind of signal, and... More

Ready many Tripadvisor reviews and went in with an open mind. Yes, some of the hotel can use an update. Yes, some ants in and around the room and property but after watching local news, seems ants are big problem in Tenn ! A $2.00 can of bug spray solved that problem. The room was comfortable, the staff was friendly... More

This is a nice place to stay with kids. The pool and water slide are a lot of fun. My biggest complaint was that our room smelled like someone had cooked fish in it. We used a ton of air freshener while we were there but we couldn't get rid of the smell. We also had to hunt down toilet... More

Spent three nights here with the grandkids in July 2014. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The kids loved the indoor and outdoor pools and slides. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Check in and check out were very quick.

Took 4 grandkids, ages 11,11,9,and 6 for 4 nights. They loved the place so much that they had to be coaxed to go anywhere else! Close to Dollywood but not right on the parkway. There is a nearby Wal-Mart which came in handy with kids. The kitchen was great for breakfast in the room. There are hotel staff around the... More

The room we were given to was not the room stated in our itinerary. We went to the front desk asking for this to be fixed and they told us there were no rooms available and we could upgrade to a two room for double the price. They should have just gave us the correct room from the beginning. Also,... More
