This is our second visit this month and it is just as amazing as the first time. Anthony and Jennifer made us feel very welcomed and gave us excellent guest service! We highly recommend this place to everyone it is very clean and a nice little romantic getaway. We will definitely be back!

We've stayed many times. It's always clean. We've never had any complaints. I do wish the inside water park for small children was bigger/updated. It's location is very convenient. We are glad we found this resort 5+ years ago as we spend weekends in pigeon forge often.

Visited this place for first time and loved it, too old for water park, but it seemed well kept and the kids there were having a blast, our room was large and very nicely done, great views from our balcony and everything worked, staff could not have been nicer. I will return.

We are very pleased with the room. One of the nicest places that we have stayed at in a while . Pool was an excellent place to relax. We wished for a restaurant on site...or at least coffee in the lobby. Next time we will stay there. ..

On behalf of our entire staff, thank you for the kind words and vote of confidence! Our number one goal is to become the premier vacation destination for everyone that comes to The Great Smoky Mountains. We are sorry that we didn't have either a restaraunt on site or a coffee maker for your use in the lobby. Believe us... More

We loved the Resort! We was planning our next visit before we left the resort. It is very clean and welcoming. Our room had a full kitchen, bedroom, and sitting area. If you are looking for a relaxing get away, def choose the resort!

Short weekend trip with the family. Have been to the area many times, but this was our first time at the Resort at Governor's Crossing. Check in was fast, room nice and clean. Living area, full kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and washer/dryer. We enjoyed the indoor pool area for sure. The outside pool area looked nice, may stay here again to... More

For the price, this hotel was extraordinary. The room was large, clean, and comfortable and had everything anyone would need. The indoor pool and slides (water park) were a blast. Several good restaurants (steak-n-shake, chic-fil-a) and Walmart were less than a half mile away. Gatlinburg was about 20 minutes away. This is where I will stay from now on whenever... More

We recently stayed here for New Years. The employees were very friendly and the rooms were very nice and clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable, a big plus for me! The inside water park was nice for my 3 year old. We were on the first floor, which was sometimes noisy with the game room, but convenient for the... More
