We booked our room via their website for the Name your Own Price for a two-bedroom condo. The Two-bedroom condo was perfect for our family of five! It had a very spacious kitchen fully stocked so that we were able to prepare any meal that we wanted. The bedrooms were a very nice size with a King size bed in... more

We booked our 1 bedroom condo directly with the website by name your own price. We accepted a counter-offer price of $129, which is comparable with other hotels/condos that have nice pool areas and sleep 6. On this trip was me, my dh, mil, sil, and 2 kids. The location is great. It's on Collier, between the Parkway & Veterans... more

We had a great experience. It was 8 of us and we had the 2 bedroom condo. We had plenty of room. No you dont get full housekeeping but if you want to pay for it you can. My mom thought the resort was nice. We had a condo that had a view pf the woods. Its good if you... more

Great Resort - Pool amenties are great for kids! The sldies are great and the lazy river is good sized! They even have shuffle board! Had the one beadroom suite with balcony near the pool - Great Choice! Had a full kitchen - good bathroom amenties! It is somewhat like a timeshare stay - they do not change linens everyday... more

The Resort at Governor's Crossing provided a spacious and convenient home base on our recent trip to Pigeon Forge. The property is located just off the main strip in Sevierville. It is near a WalMart, has several restaurants and shopping within walking distance, and it is near a great Nascar go-cart attraction. Hint: The maps all say to take the... more

These are condo units. We traveled with twin 2yr olds and stayed in a 2 bedroom condo. The rooms were your basic rooms, nice. Bring your own pillows, these are really uncomfortable. The beds are decent (a little hard). There is no housekeeping service, which is what we wanted. They do pick up the garbage everyday. The have your basic dishes,... more

We picked this resort because of the indoor/outdoor waterpark. This was kinda of a joke. It was your basic indoor/outdoor pool with slides and a lazy river. We did a name your own quote on line which compared to waterparks in Wis. I thought we were getting a great price for $109 until we arrived. While checking in realized the... more

Although I only stayed a couple of days, passing through I really liked this place. I think they were or are condos, inexpensive with all of the necessities. Fully equipped kitchen, as it could be an apartment. I used it too, Walmart is across the street which saved us money. Nice room with two bedrooms, plenty of blankets and pillows... more

I needed a room for five people for 2 nights. I did the "name your own price" and they made an acceptable counter offer. Maybe if you name your own price they stick you in crappier rooms; I have no way of knowing. What I do know is that if I had to spend a week in a "condo" this... more

Since our family wanted to stay at a hotel/resort that had a indoor waterpark and was close to Dollywood we choose this resort based on mostly positive website feedback. We received a nice deal, $149/night which included two tickets to Dollywood theme park, which cost $100. The room included a kitchen, family room, and bedroom. We were not booked on... more
